Weighplate combines a plate and a digital scale. Connect it to the Weighplate app via Bluetooth, select the food you want to log, and add it to the plate. The app uses the selected food and its measured weight to calculate calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat in real time.
Build your meal ingredient by ingredient: select each food in the app before weighing it, then eat directly from the same plate. Weighplate measures weight; it does not identify food automatically in this live-tracking workflow.
Bluetooth connection and live calorie and macro tracking are included without a subscription. Photo recognition and barcode scanning are optional paid premium features.
